I think I get the basics of the Nurgle military buildings after playing 15 turns and some wiki reading, but have a few questions
Next turn my settlement level goes to 3, so this pool would go to rank 5? And after 4 turns at rank 6, would it start at rank 1 again, or go to 5 because the settlement level is 3?

Thats good to know for the future, I'm still on 1 army, the ogres declared war on me and sailed all the way to the south settlement in the back, and while I walked back there the vampire coast declared war, took 1 city and sacked the other, I just finished securing the province again
