She is a sharran because she was abandoned by Lolth and got a new religion. She was not a mindless stooge though, and part of her character was choosing to not be a mindless stooge for uncaring gods anymore, after it went bad the first time. So while she was a sharran as her choice of religion, her depiction in bg3 contradicts an important part of her character.
