The primary thing that's at odds with is Hotel Krat not yet being open in the DLC but having been open long enough to have reviews and ghost stories about it before things went to shit in the city. People are not going to still be frequenting hotels and writing reviews and coming up with urban legends about ghosts when there are murderous puppets tearing up the streets.
