You don't even play the game, do you? They only give out free gear to the third level before end game. Adri is only enough to get into 110 raids, maybe the first 115 if you spend some gold to buy a compass and scrolls. But you need Orna to join the rest of the 115 and 120 raids. And Orna will take 6 months at a bare minimum if you run the full 115-120 hero raid circuit every day for gold income. More realistically, since you won't always have someone to just carry your deadweight ass, you'll be running the 110 hero circuit which takes about a year to gear up to orna.
