Always been true. Low end trims support the badass high-end ones. They've sold a lot more V6 Challengers/Chargers than V8's.

True, but the 300 and Magnum base trims came with a 190 HP 2.7L V6. Thank goodness that was replaced. 0-60 in 10.5 seconds.
