Do not let people bully you in this way, stand up for yourself. You don't want car payments, don't let them make you someone's slave if your car works and you're fine with it.

Tell that parent to suck it. Seriously, don't let people do this to you. If you need to carry some kids just clean the interior. My car is older than yours and I still see it as "new."
Last thing, the thought of someone who is into sonic being a schoolteacher bothers me a decent amount.
