We've had people doing a 180 on how they see Andrew after getting more of his point of view in episode 3. My predictions are that when we get more of Ashley's POV she'll end up being an incredibly tragic character because of one thing: "It's not even that kind of place!!" Of course Renee would think it was though, after all her daughter's worthless in her eyes, and of course Andrew would believe his mom since he *always* looks down on his sister. I think being a masseuse was one of those "hopes and dreams" that she threw away for Andrew, and in exchange he wouldn't have even hugged her if she didn't complain about his lack of affection. How did she get the job? By applying a million times to the same massage parlor until someone got fired and she was first in line plus super enthusiastic to work there, also it's not a job that requires math or anything so it's not impossible for her to get it. In the end I think Andrew "saved" Ashley from a high-paying job for a high school dropout that is.

A year later Ashley gets called a liar by her mom while she's starving to death, her friends don't come to fling food on the balcony, then she discovers that she was sold to organ harvesters and her brother doesn't want to help her take revenge on the parents. Burial Andrew redeems himself but Decay Andrew is such a disloyal fuck that he entertains the idea of siding with Renee instead of backhanding her cunt face to shut her up.

My point is that Ashley did nothing wrong, she's a good girl that was hurt by all the people who were supposed to love her. Most of all, her brother.
