Good because Hurricane is mine.
I imagine the most unappealing thing about Hurricane is that the Decoys, Turrets and Field Shield are static and don't follow you or allies, meaning Hurricane has to constantly pick up his shit or wait to recharge so he can drop a new one.
Because they're static, Hurricane basically has to squat on a spot to make them do anything of value, dramatically limiting its effectiveness anywhere other than on top of an objective or when camping with a mech like Tricera. Plus, given Hurricane is so slow, its Splitter has a long cooldown and Blaster a long charge time, it has a lot of (in)effective downtime.
There's honestly no reason why Hurricane's turn and movement speed is capped so hard while the Splitter Laser is active, either.

I can't imagine what they would do with it.
Have the decoy be projected forward (instead of randomly off to the side) so that its position can be more precisely controlled and directed to both interfere with FCS -and- directly block attacks?
"Reposition the mech" meaning...
Have the deployables follow Hurricane if you move far enough away from them?
Make the Field Shield a Pinaka-type that attaches to Hurricane or an ally?
