The Saw movies are a bad fit for M3gan and a crossover would be a terrible idea.
If they want to save M3gan then all they need to do is accept that the films need to be R-rated. They don't need to be Saw levels of gore porn, but M3gan should be allowed to punch through someone's chest. Or like in the new film (which I really enjoyed), when Amelia punches the guy's head off, it shouldn't have been shown by the shadows on the wall, she should have just decapitated the guy. Plus M3gan's snarky personality has already let her jump ahead to late incarnations of slasher villains like Freddy and Jason. Freddy was scary in the first couple films, but as the series went on he became more comedic, Jason became less about him being scary, and more about him making cool and interesting kills. M3gan being a robot also allows for them to play with her non-human nature and how she can move differently, like how she chased the kid by running on all fours.
