alright boys
>2 days ago, trying to remove the lowering kit for my 701 and install the original part (bought it used)
>no bushings in the original part, i realize after i removed the lowering part unfortunately
>text previous owner about it
>no reply
>storm coming up, put in the part i just took out so its not on the stand
>owner replies "yeah theres no extra bushings, you gotta swap them form part to part"
>fucking hell, i could have thought of that
>do the same thing the day after, works out
so far so good
>forks are seated deeper than normal for additional lowering
>want to build them back
>bike lifted, front wheel supported with pallet, should work out just fine
>undo the screws
>fucking front just SWOOSHES through the brackets, manage to catch it before it slides out the second set of brakets
>front wheel was supported but due to the weight shift of front end of the bike not being part of the bike anymore, the rear moved down obviously because rear wheel wasnt supported
>somehow manage to put the whole thing back together properly
pic related, man that was close, damn near dropped the whole thing
gonna go for a ride now to check if i notice any difference
