I met a girl at a bar, talked for a couple minutes, got her number and then asked to take her out the next week

how much should i be texting her in between? She is definitely very receptive and attracted to me, but id rather save getting to know her for the date and dont really like texting. I dont want to completely ghost before the day of, but sending shit like "good morning" or even "how was your day" feels a little bit innapropriate. Thoughts?
