Every single deck in this game is gambling, in fact the gamble starts before the match even begins because some matchups are more favorable than others.
You gamble for card packs, you gamble for leaders, you gamble the matchup, you gamble the mulligan, you gamble the curve, you gamble your opponent's cards, this game is a literal casino.
Rune just happens to be even more high-rolley than other decks.
