Once the offline version is installed, extract the contents of the x64 folder (and not the actual x64 folder itself) of 3D Migoto into the same directory where MAGICAMI DX.exe is.

Then open d3dx.ini (use notepad), delete the entire text and paste it with the following and then save the file.
