Gulikit Elves 2 initial impressions
>Solid Saturn d-pad. Any misinputs on this are 100% user error.
>Wired Switch mode can be overclocked to 166.67Hz, from the default 125Hz. Not sure why it caps there, but it's stable.
>Bluetooth more responsive than many wired controllers, as Gamepadla shows.
>Bluetooth range is incredibly shit, you need to stay close to the device you're connected to.
>Bluetooth shits itself after awhile if connected to a phone over Moonlight. Don't use Moonlight often enough to know if this unique to the controller, but the phone itself or Elves 2 wired to the phone never have this problem. Bluetooth's stable connected directly to PC.
>Fits in a pocket, just small enough to be portable. Comes with a form-fitting case to protect the sticks in transit.
>Case has an usb-c cutout, so it can be charged inside it.
>Case's plastic clasp looks ready to break off after opening it once.
>8.4% stick circularity error, similar to a Dualsense. High stick tension. Small sticks are probably difficult to be accurate with, but it's a necessary evil for the size.
>Gyro seems smooth, but I'm unsure of accuracy. Binding it to mouse through DS4Windows seems to gradually desync from where I'm aiming, even with mouse acceleration off.
Mostly wanted it for Moonlight so I'm disappointed it's faulty there, but it seems pretty nice for $24 otherwise so far.
