Yes unironically, I can do various advanced spiritual practices (like kundalini, dharmata, etc) but more importantly I've "opened my 3rd eye" (have acute visuals), that got me a job with well the government but that's another story and a half (I get gs-7 pay btw). I like to think of myself as mage-class in a RPG.
I am not technically special since anyone could do what I do (given a decade of autistic determination), but 99.99% of people won't do that.
