Some random mons started attacking the maids in this place and we have to deal with them, ending in a fight against pic rel (a Normal/Steel mon which apparently has an ability that punishes you if you even try to hit it with a SE move)
Kinda works like a Raid battle with multiple HP bars, getting buffs as you deplete them... the good news is that status and debuffs don't disappear between phases so Paralysis early on and getting this bitch to -6 accuracy + a Harden Shellos made the fight trivial (albeit a bit longer than it should be)

I guess that's all for today, tomorrow might be the day I finally face a fucking gym in this game
