Honestly, I'm not entirely sold on the idea that it was an organ who leaked the outfit, because doing that would immediately get Anycolor's attention, and it should be insanely easy for them to figure out who did it. My guess is that Twisty was still sharing private stuff with groomers in her little groomercord, and one of them betrayed her (again) and leaked things just to hurt her. So she tried to save face and take down as many organs as she could before Anycolor sent their lawyers to rape her ass

I still think Aster is a creep and most of the organs are at least awful people, but I don't trust Twisty one bit either
