The problem is that Anycolor is stuck between a rock and a hard place. Twisty broke NDA yes, twice if you count those leaked discord logs going back to last year. But if there was actual harassment going on behind closed doors, sexual or emotional in nature, the company would look even worse for trying to terminate someone that felt like they had to leak it just so their situation to be taken seriously. Twisty is still very menhera so it’s worth exercising some restraint, but even if what she’s saying is at least 10% true, there’s still some reason to try and improve things.
If they were to fire Aster, the company would be publicly raked through the coals for failing to take action earlier. He would stream League. Every day, all the time. He would not talk, and would mostly mumble angrily to himself while ignoring chat. He was treating vtubing not as "this is my livelihood", but more along the lines of "might as well make some extra money while I'm relaxing". The fact that a stream was running was almost an annoyance to him.
He didn't need the vtubing job. He seemed to have a large source of money from somewhere else. He posted about buying a car and a house while his coworkers were complaining about rent payments.
