Whenever I play with players like this I always let them go through their play without interrupting them until they show everything they're going to do then I tell them to roll it back because I'm going to use interaction on the key part of their play. They always get mad and try to say it's too late but I just remind them I had priority after they cast their first spell and it's not my problem they didn't give people a chance to announce their reactions or check to see if anyone was planning a response before they just plowed on ahead. There isn't any rule saying I have to respond right away. I can quietly sit there for five minutes thinking if I wanted to, it's on you to ask "Does it resolve, is anyone doing anything" before you start sperging off.
