i encountered two, one called jan and the other one pia never saw them again after
they have psychic abilities, its like a fieldwhere they can alter what you see or percieve, what crowley described is their unveiled form, if you are "sober" you will see them as "normal" humans though they are disguised in the form of "mentally challenged" humans ( think severe learning disability, calm but severe shut in autism, like that ) the lower and upper jaw open up like "the predator" ( from the alien movie) and they have the "avatar movie" tail thing for a "tongue" picrel is randomly ai generated glitch from years ago but it has a striking resemblance to what they look if they show you their real manifestation in this dimension of existence
their human parents/caretakers are the most loving persons, usually very high iq, architect / electrical engineering type of decent humans, not sure if their host family knows about it, they pull some psionic stuff that i can not comprehend other than that they are friendly despite their appearance. i'm sorry
