I'd live a quiet and relatively normal life, but I'd use my super speed to get goodies to improve my life or get advantages. While doing this I write a long list of individuals to kill. Once I'm done I execute the list, if things continue being shit, I look for more targets until things improve.

Goku is actually relatively human, most of his powers come from manipulation of Ki. He can literally be surprise attacked. It's why he literally got surprise attacked by a laser. It's why there's multiple timelines where he dies from a heart virus. Unless you have the social/verbal IQ to competently instate yourself as king of the world it's a fruitless endeavor.
All that I would immediately change is some neighborhoods on earth would be very suspiciously safe and clean, some places of wildlife would look very curated as well, almost Disney like.
