quite often when I get home from work and I'm in the kitchen making a meal I'll say out loud "I'm completely insane", replaying weird interactions that I had with my coworkers earlier in the day

also, if I am taking it further and imagining my own suicide as a result of my weirdness I'll pretend that I'm the clergyman giving the eulogy at my own funeral and I'll say out loud "I'm afraid he just went mental and died"
