And even if you find Dess IRL, what will you do to her? Imagine if she isn't wearing makeup, and has a lot of acne scars? Or has a bit of a hunchback, or has a gunt?
It's fun to fantasize. A lot of Dess versions aren't giga stacies. And ones that are, who cares? As long as you are aware that real women don't look like that, and are ready to make yourself an interesting guy for your future gf, it's fine.

Here are two things I would hate about Dess in Deltarune:
Dess is vessel/chara/player soul like it was in Undertale. toby, you said this was supposed to be something new
Dess stopped aging and is now same age as when she entered the bunker. We don't need a child villain like Asriel in Undertale
