Literally everything that happened was going to happen anyway. GG or something like it would've happened no matter what because they kept pushing their agenda way beyond any sense of reason. There's no point in speculating much else. Something would've given way to it.
If it somehow didn't happen at all from any of the smaller events, it would've happened over the consultancy scheme.
