my ideas:
>proving grounds, max level solo challenge with cosmetic title rewards
>brawlers guild, max level solo challenge with cosmetic reward
>rated battlegrounds (spammable forever content)
>horde version of winterspring tiger (raptor in ungoro)
>challenge mode raids with cosmetic rewards (same loot but extra challenge if u wanna try) for example complete molten core in 1h30 for bronze timer, 1h for silver, 45min for gold. Rewards could be a mount/title for each raid.

u could take ERA, copy paste it into freshy and add those without introducing any power creep or have to develop any new content. All of those things already existed in the game before and can be copy pasted over with close to zero cost to blizz
