if tech doesn't hire americans, why don't americans just create new tech and companies to compete with them? wasn't a big issue of the last few decades that most of the tech talent was stolen by big companies and put to work on useless attention stealing apps? if they aren't hiring anymore, why not compete by creating new companies and actually useful technology?
