I just really hate existing and nothing helps me escape how much I hate it anymore, except maybe sleep, and that's harder when you hate your life and become mildly dizzy in bed as you contemplate how stupid and meaningless your entire life was, and how anyone who cares about you now will be gone, leaving you just an old man no one except the taxman even knows exists. even worse when that hate you have for yourself starts extending out to the few people who do actually love you.
it's like the ultimate nail in the coffin of "you are a worthless piece of shit and you deserve to be unhappy until you kill yourself" to really cement the shame and guilt of life.
