There is no sex in the game. It is more of a psychological horror experience than anything else. It apes the functionality of a management sim where you have to manage your resource, but it only apes that. You don't actually really do that as the story on rails that you only ever really get one viable option to take. It's a pretty quick experience as well, something you can knock out in an afternoon easily.
