I just had an absurd game in ranked where I noticed later in the game that our ADC had zero vision score. I figured it might be a big but lo and behold, after the game it turns out that the guy did not place a single ward the entire game. What's even more absurd is that he switched from regular wards to farsight wards without using them

It wasn't even that they were completely new to the game either. Anyone else experience weird anomalies like this guy?
