She's a lovely looking woman and she acts the part but the show makes her very boring and noncommittal. She doesn't have the nonsensical hard shifts Alicent has (where I straight up have no idea what she wants or doesn't want), but they seem afraid to have her properly partake in the nastiness of the civil war, but there's nothing BUT nastiness, it's a family based civil war.
