Hard agree. The progress pride flag is so ugly. The pastel colors and brown/black stripes clash with the rainbow itself.

People of color were never excluded by the rainbow flag... but the presence of black/brown stripes suggests that the old flag was 'deficient' in that way. As if the rainbow wasn't a symbol of diversity already.

Now in 2025 it actually feels like sporting an OG rainbow flag is an act of open defiance. Which... what the fuck.
