I can assure you they are not, they are uncommon but not "stupid rare". bbc being bullshit is accurate and those are indeed much rarer because those are supposed to be 8" which is actually a rare occurence.
honestly though dick length is overrated in some way and the guy's frame and height also plays a part.
a 7" that's all thin is just terrible vs a very stocky dick that's shorter. There's also the issue of a guy being gigantic and having a normal dick which will look disgustingly puny on him vs a super skinny femboy with a 7 incher that suddenly looks like his schlong is enormous
