Sure he has ankle rockers, perfectly functional and with good range. OTOH, if we're talking about articulation, he is lacking a calf swivel, the thigh swivel is extremely limited, and he pretty much can't 2-hand a sword because of his chest.
He has a loose arm that I guess I'll try to correct with glue.
I think it's a great figure overall. He looks fantastic, and many of the criticisms I've listed for completion about articulation are standard in figures typical of this thread.
