I worked at a Starbucks and on busy Sundays afternoons it was often me on the till, one person on drinks and the manager in the back office doing fuck knows what
And people would hand us resumes all the time
Ofc nobody else was hired and they were putting me down for 60 hour weeks while my contract was like 35
Needless to say I walked out of that job after a few weeks (and then thankfully got a way, WAY better job)
