Wanna change my 2007 Citroen C4 that pops up a new issue every 6 months.

Saw a 2011 Honda Civic, petrol engine, manual transmission with over 200k kilometers for a little less than 3000 Spanish eurobucks before paperwork.

I'll be using it mostly as a weekend car as I live near work and I have a electric scooter that covers my city needs.

I still have to contact the owner about engine power and the possibility of getting it inspected before buying.

Would it be a good buy?
