I absolutely love vegetables now, and crave cabbage, broccoli, brussel sprouts asparagus ect. I started a garden and everything. Totally different than the shit from the store.
I grew these monster beats that literally made me feel like I had just drank coffee. I just bake them in the oven. So good. You can eat all you want.
Local eggs. Just different while you change slowly adding cardio and weights.
Drink water. No sugary drinks. No bread.
