The whole horus heresy bookline was a mistake. Couple of really nice things but it just devolved and set a precedent for assorted bookfags outdoing themselves with the most random of crap to sell their particular book. Going from 15 drunk northenbongs splurging about metal songs and guns into corporate committee approved market expansion strategies didn't help either.
Made me appreciate the actual Emperor more tho. Sitting on the sidelines and watching something you love turn to shit slowly but surely.
