It's consistent in multiple spin-offs. Just in Tamura: you had Homu drooling (>>279932465), Homu trying to kiss Madoka when time was stopped (>>279933638), and nosebleeding over the idea over sleeping with Madoka (pic related). This happens across multiple chapters and multiple volumes. It's even more consistent in the other one, where it's a driving force of the plot.
