Why would a strobe light get rid of my anxiety? I'm not saying it would make me anxious but just get rid of it by looking at it for a couple of a seconds? I have myclonic epilepsy if that is helpful. Should I buy a strobe light machine or is using my phone enough? Should I not do this because of my epilepsy?
