it's the handcannon and yes it has the AP to penetrate everything in the game so you can theoretically kill anything with it but reasonably you should use it to one-tap medium enemies and finish off already damaged superheavies

if you really like using it in particular there's armor in the game that has a passive that buffs secondary weapon handling and reload speeds
