Same old story:
Got too comfortable being at the top.
Always ends with them slacking and dropping in quality while asking for extortionate prices because of the brand.
Other places are just making some good food and charging a decent price for it.
KFC is still the overpriced grease pit it has been for years.
Lazy "innovations" like the double down aren't enough to bring people back more often, too expensive for that.
