I think 2016 was the tipping point, some theorized there was some coordinated effort to make these places uninhabitable, or, maybe it was just smartphones and discord. Whatever it was, there's been generations of newfags now that never saw the old gatekeepy elitist club we used to be, where we actually had some sort of etiquette and took internet as serious business in a funny way. All they've known is this cesspool of pointless spam and low effort bait, and think it's the norm.

Ever argued with those anons that seem completely unreasonable, seemingly intentionally trying to make you as frustrated with them as possible?
