A lot of the period before her redebut has been lost, but her actual original debut happened sometime near the beginning of 2021. Back then she was completely a Japanese vtuber and she had a decent chunk of JP speaking Chinese viewers who also watched her. For reasons unknown her English audience kept growing to the point where she felt it would be better to rebrand as an EN vtuber in late 2022.
