I get that it's a superman film so there's only so much real "acting" one can do. But it was entirely CGI, was anything filmed on set? It was like if you outsourced the entire movie to a jeet factory and told them to go crazy.

No but seriously if Superman actually succeeds DC will become another MCU and everything that DC was special for will be gone. Animation will go into the gutter. You won’t get anything like JLU or YJ anymore, or any of those special movies like All-Star or Flashpoint Paradox. Live-action will become the same dull quipslop directed by yesmen. Literally every project across all mediums is being forced into in the same universe. The “elseworld” lie was just to appease naysayers. Even if The Batman 2 gets made by some miracle it will be the last you’ll see of that. DC thrives in the darkness and taking itself seriously, and now Gunn is driving it into the ground because he wants to be SuperFeige.
