Man, I've been thinking about that lately since many authors like to shit on guys for being passive as fuck but always make excuses for women for not doing anything, or worse, enact a plan that's so retarded, that many readers are just as confused and can't even blame the guy. Like one of Kazuhiro's works, the woman in question has/had a crush on the MC, does she do something about it? No. She instead expects the MC to just instinctually knows that she loves him. And when that doesn't work, she goes out with a different man, not to move on, but to like to cause the MC to be jealous, and WHEN that doesn't work, she rapes the guy.

And when the MC just asks her out, she tells him if he's good enough at sex, she will date him. Lo and behold, the MC becomes good at sex due to practice with the girl's mom, asks the girl out again after he made her cum her brain out and SHE still refuses to date him or be honest with him. MC just moves on by the end.

I really don't know what that girl's plan is.
