Most of the time if they can't get the horse's real name, they just don't include the horse at all. Deep Impact's owner doesn't like uma musume so Cygames hasn't included them at all, despite how famous they are in JRA. As for foreign names, they quite often get renamed to stuff. I was wrong about My Big Boy, he got renamed to Michelle My Baby, though the chapters the anime is based off of came out 3 years ago so they might get the real ones now
