Wixoss has one of the most cleverly designed resource system I have come across.
No screw or flood. But it also isn't completely linear like SVE or FaB. Managing your resource is important in a way most games are not, decisions made regarding ener in turn one can affect your options late game. You can also meaningfully interact with your opponent's resource.
It's better than even Digimon's memory system.
