ROONING ADVICE:

Currently I'm training with 2 runs per week:

1 long/slowish run. The last one was just under 10 miles in 1:40.

1 sprint interval. The last one I did was 4x4.

I also do a few long walks per week, plus one weighted ruck.

Share any advice or pointers given that I currently run about a 14 minute 2 mile and 24 minute 3 mile.
