Nah there are 57 OCCs and RCCs listed in the document for players. Everything RUE, Priests, couple RCCs and Walocks outa COnversion Book 1, the OCCs from Dinosaur Swamp, true Atlanteans, and a some OCCs and RCCs from Underseas.
