Given that his stint as Goldbug was only temporary I don't think it matters, but I prefer GB = BB. He goes back to Bee as a pretender, If he became Prime, Bombinus Prime or some such would be a good name imo. I think he'd still have his subordinates/comrades call him Bee anyway.
